Taylor Lewis was born in Eutaw, Alabama on April 6, 1902, to the union of Taylor Lewis and Ida Bell Fenner, Taylor migrated to Birmingham, Alabama as a young adult and married Marjeska Lewis May 16, 1940. Children born to this union are Charlotte Mae Lewis-Degrace, Gwendolyn Lewis, and Taylor Lewis Jr.  Taylor Lewis  passed on February 26, 1944.
